During lock down I made a lot of things, some sweet some savoury.
Some of the things I made were: Chocolate Eclairs, Coconut Ice, Nachos, Spaghetti Bolognese and Omelets.
Chocolate Eclairs:
Texture: The pastry was soft and fluffy
Colour: The pastry was a nice colour of a beigy orange, the cream was white
Coconut Ice:
Texture: The texture was grainy from the coconut but was also smooth
Colour: The bottom half was white and the top half was a bright pink
Taste: It was very sweet
Nachos:
Colour: The colour was brown but we added onion, chillies and salsa with avocado which gave it more colour
Taste: It was spicy considering we added chilli and the chips were jalapeno flavoured
Spaghetti Bolognese:
Colour: The Spaghetti had a orange tint from the sauce and the mince was brown
Taste: It was good
Omelets:
Texture: The omeletts was fluffy
Colour: we added tomatoe, ham, onion and capsicun which made it very colourful
Taste: was very good
