Chicken Stir-fry
On Thursday last week for our practical we made chicken stir-fry and we added lots of healthy vegetables and mixed in some sesame oil and made a combination of Chilli sauce, soy sauce and honey this made the chicken taste really good and added a lot of unique flavours to the dish. Our team worked really well together and we had good communication and managed to finish our dish on time. I learnt some new techniques with slicing the capsicum and other vegetables we made sure that we sliced our chicken thin so it would be quicker to cook and we made sure that we put the 2 minute noodles on at the right time so that they were still hot when we served them. At the end after we had finished our chicken stir-fry we had the chance to add some extra seasonings and this made the dish extra tasty because it added more of a kick to the dish.
