Chicken Stir-fry

On Thursday last week for our practical we made chicken stir-fry and we added lots of healthy vegetables  and mixed in some sesame oil and made a combination of Chilli sauce, soy sauce and honey this made the chicken taste really good and added a lot of unique flavours to the dish. Our team worked really well together and we had good communication and managed to finish our dish on time. I learnt some new techniques with slicing the capsicum and other vegetables we made sure that we sliced our chicken thin so it would be quicker to cook and we made sure that we put the 2 minute noodles on at the right time so that they were still hot when we served them. At the end after we had 
finished our chicken stir-fry we had the chance to add some extra seasonings and this made the dish extra tasty because it added  more of a kick to the dish.

Q. What instrument did I choose and why did I choose it?
A. I chose Keyboard/ piano because I think its a bit easier than the other instruments.

A. I chose Havana because it was also one of the easier options.

A. Song Meaning Havana is about someone who falls in love with a boy. Remember when people from Cuba were fleeing, well she has to leave Havana, Cuba. That iswhat she means by "Half of my heart is in Havana," meaning the boy has half her heart or her home Havana has half her heart.

Q. Am I nerves about preforming?
A. Yes because I don't know if i'm going to know it by then or what will happen if I muck up in front of everyone.

Q. What part of Havana is the hardest to learn?
A. I don't know because I haven't really practices yet.

Vegetarian Nachos

Vegetarian nachos
On Thursday in home economics we made vegetarian nachos.
Our team had good organisation and preparation but we didn't exactly have the greatest communication. After we had finished our vegetarian nachos Mrs hindson got some of the teachers to come and judge our food overall we got 3rd place on average. We did have a little misunderstanding with a hot pan and plastic so one of our group members got sent out and we had to work with 3 people instead of 4.
